NOTE: For your convenience a few of the key license terms and conditions are summarized below. However, please read the complete license agreement before placing your order.

• The buyer must agree to the terms and conditions of license agreement prior to completing the purchase. CWU is "willing" to license this product to the buyer as long as they agree to the terms and conditions.
• Important! Like most software products, buyers will not actually own the software. Rather, they are purchasing the right to use the software and it's content according to the terms and conditions described within the license agreement.
• The Course includes two (2) disks. Each disk has different restrictions:
  • Student Disk: To be used on one (1) computer at a time. If more is needed, additional copies must be purchased. Cannot copy, reproduce, store in a retrieval system, or transmit in any form or by any means without the written permission of CWU.
  • Trainer Disk: The files on the Trainer Disk are intended to be used by a trainer who will be teaching in a group setting and may be customized and reproduced to suit the needs of your organization. This license agreement permits you to copy, customize or print the materials on the Trainer Disk for the purpose of training your own employees, volunteers or organizational members.
• The course is and always will be "owned" by Central Washington University and is protected by copyright laws.
  • If modified, any and all derivative works shall acknowledge CWU as the original author of the multimedia product.
  • Must include "© Central Washington University"
• None of the materials on either disk can be copied to an Internet site or distributed over a Local Area Network (LAN).
• Buyer may not sell, lend or rent any portion of the program (or derivative works) to any other party.
• If for any reason the disk(s) fail to install or work as they should, we will replace them/it at no cost or we will refund the money.
